Dr. Jayant Naralikar the word renowned astrophysicist donated Rs 100,000.00 ( One Lakhs) to  Maharashtra Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti. This was the amount he had received as a life achievement  award, given in the name of Shaheed Dr. Narendra Dabholkar  by the Satara Municipal Corporation.
